Dry products are shipped directly by us, all other products orders are made via our distribution partners.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and sent on Monday mornings. Please contact us if you require faster shipping.

Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping and options for our customers via Australian Post for $9.99. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for metro and some regional while some regional and rural deliveries takes 2-8 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated on a flat rate basis.


Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Australia. We can ship to P.O. boxes or Parcel Locker addresses. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by weather, shipping carrier issues or any other unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking
